Dave Donner

Dave Donner has worked for Sholom for one year. He came to us from Wild Boar, Majors, Buca, The Lido, and Shelley’s Wood Roast. David comes to us with 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with his primary focus on the back of the house manager and Chef. Dave and his wife have 4 children. Dave loves the outdoors, riding his ATV, home improvement, fishing, camping and hiking, cooking, and time with his family.

Dustin Henkels

Dustin Henkels

Dustin Henkels has been working for Sholom for 4 years. He was trained in a technical Culinary program. He then went to work at Hotel Sofitel in 1999 and worked as a line cook, in banquets, pastry and all the different restaurants in the hotel. Previously, he worked at Lord Fletcher’s, and Patrick’s Bakery. His hobby is hunting wild mushroom, and enjoys gardening with his son. He loves to cook with his own homegrown produce making garden fresh food for his family.
