Matzo Ball Soup

40 each Eggs
2 1/2 cups Oil
2 1/2 cups Water
10 cups Matzo Meal
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons

Combine Eggs, Water and Oil and mix thoroughly.  Add Matzo meal and mix until all of the Matzo is incorporated.  Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Using a medium scoop, drop the individual matzo balls into boiling chicken broth.  Boil until done.
